Private Jet Hire Prices

If you want to avoid the long queues and hassles that come with waiting for a commercial flight, you may be interested in hiring a private jet. With a private jet hire, it is quicker and easier to take advantage of a smaller, regional airport and have access to private terminals at international airports. You and your guests will be able to be escorted through baggage check and inspection quicker than on regular carriers. And unlike regular commercial flights, you’ll have the opportunity to decide a departure time that is of your choosing. Hiring a private jet is a sensible move if you are a company executive whose time is valuable and can’t be wasted in long queues.

Before hiring a private jet, there are several factors that you have to take into consideration. The prices for a private jet hire vary greatly depending on the destination, the type of plane being hired, the number of people traveling and whether or not you are planning a one-way trip or returning the same day, or even later. The larger and more well-appointed the plane is, the higher the costs are to hire it. Most private jets seat up to a maximum of 8 persons. If there are to be more traveling companions to be expected, a much larger jet may likely be needed, at a much higher cost.

The prices for a round trip in a private jet from London to Paris aboard a small turboprop plane such as a PA34 Seneca begin at around £1,290 for a day return and £1700 for an overnight. Meanwhile, for the same trip from London to Paris aboard a larger and better equipped Citation II with a seating capacity of 8, prices average at £4200 for a day return and £6000 overnight. The longer the distance of your destination, the higher the costs may be.

Private Jet Citation Bravo

In 1994, Cessna introduced the Citation Bravo light business jet as a replacement for the Citation II. The first Citation Bravo entered service in February, 1997 and was well received. The Bravo is one of the nine aircraft models in the Citation business jet family, which includes the Citation Mustang and the Citation X. In all, over 5,000 Citation private jets have been delivered to customers.

The Bravo has a range of 1,856 statue miles at a cruise speed of up to 463 miles per hour, making it a good choice for short to mid-range trips. Powered by two Pratt &Whitney PW530A engines, the aircraft can handle flights to and from airports with a minimum of 3,608-foot runway strips. At the fully loaded take-off weight, the Bravo can climb directly to an altitude of 25,000 feet in ten minutes. The Bravo’s maximum altitude of 45,000 feet is high enough to allow for comfortable travel above inclement weather. The aircraft is certified for steep approach capability, which makes steep approach airports including London City Airport in UK, Seyer Airport in Germany, and Lugano Airport in Switzerland accessible.

With comfortable seating for up to seven passengers, the Bravo’s cabin can be customized according to the operator’s specifications. The standard seating configuration has four club seats facing each other and three additional club seats. Seats are constructed of smooth leather and recline completely. Not including the cockpit, the cabin’s dimensions are 4.7 feet high by 4.9 feet wide by 15.6 feet in length. The cabin is equipped with heating and air conditioning, as well as a pressurization system for up to an 8.8 psi differential.

In the cockpit, the Bravo private jet is equipped with two fully-adjustable seats. Flight deck instrumentation includes a Honeywell GNSX flight management system, dual 7 inch by 8 inch screen primary flight displays, a 7 inch by 8 inch multi-function display, and an electronic flight information system. The Bravo’s Honeywell navigation system includes a VHF omni-directional ranger, Honeywell VG-14A vertical gyroscopes, distance measuring equipment, a digital automatic direction finder, and a C-14 compass set.

Private Jet Hire London

Traveling to London can be full of unwanted delays and uncomfortable crowds. One way to avoid unpleasant traveling situations, while staying within your travel budget, is to hire a private jet for your flight. Traveling this way has many advantages such as individualized scheduling and flexibility in location. However, there are many things you need to know when deciding how to hire a private jet to London.

First, private jets can be extremely expensive, with the average flight averaging about $ 3000 so it is important that you plan the trip well in advance and shop around for best prices. If you are flexible with your travel days you will be able to find better deals. For instance, non prime time traveling hours like evenings or early mornings can actually be cheaper than traveling during 9-5 business hours.

Second, when considering which private jet company to hire it is important to check out companies in and around London to see what additional services they offer, such as business jet charters, charter air-crafts, and charter helicopter flights. In addition, choose a reputable firm that has been in business for a long time. this way you will not only get a good deal but you’ll arrive at your destination safe and sound.

Third, be sure to consider the number of people who will be traveling with you and take into account their luggage needs. Some private jets do not have room for a lot of luggage so you may be restricted in how much you can bring. Therefore, pack light and you may very well save yourself a ton of cash.

Finally, but most importantly, do not be afraid to negotiate. Some companies are willing to take a lower price rather than miss a sale completely. After all, we are in a tough economy and private jet hire companies are feeling the pinch too so use this to your advantage.

In conclusion, planning a trip to London by private jet doesn’t have to cost a ton of money – simply plan your trip in advance, comparative shop, and negotiate. By doing this, you can save yourself a ton of cash and you’ll be well on your way for a cheap but inexpensive trip. Have a safe trip!

With all the talk about private jets, one may be wondering, are they really affordable for the average person? That is, how much do they cost to rent? How much do they cost to maintain? How does one acquire one? Well, in this brief article, we will examine all of these issues so that you have a better understanding of the costs of private jets. Are you ready? Let’s get started.

First of all, the costs of hiring a private jet depends on your budgetary constraints. For instance, the price ranges on the size of the plan, amenities, number of passengers, etc. For instance, prices of a private jet can range from a low $5000 for a one way trip to a whopping $100,000 for the purchase of flight credit, redeemable for up 20 trips. Of course the price varies depending on the carrier as well as how frequently you require the service. In addition, if you shop around, you very well may see a disparity of 3000 or more depending on the flight times, size of plane, etc.

Now that we’ve discussed that, let’s now discuss how one would might acquire the services of a private jet and how to book your flight. These three types in order of most expense to least expense are owning your private jet, chartering a private jet, and using a fractional ownership jet. Owning a private jet is the most convenient form of private jet but also the most expensive. With this method, you are fully responsible for purchase price, licensing, hangar fees, airport fees, pilot for hire, fuel, maintenance and the list goes on. You do have tremendous flexibility in terms of schedule and simply work with your pilot to book a takeoff time that can be within tens of minutes of your demand. The jet is there for you when you need it but you will need tens of millions of dollars if not hundreds of million to maintain it.

The second option is to charter a jet and this option will be cheaper as you only pay for the flights you actually take. You will probably need to give several days notice by calling the charter company and may have to pay some form of repositioning fee.

The final method, which is gaining in popularity, is fractional ownership. This arrangement means you in essence own part of a fleets time on an hours basis and the company you work with will have a guarantee that they can get you a certain class of jet on demand and typically within a few hours of your request. Your ownership card covers maintenance, fuel, and other expenses and is typically bought in a chunk of 10 or 20 hours. Booking is very easy as you just call their central customer service desk.

In conclusion, depending on your financial means, you may just be able to afford a private jet. To decide evaluate your man options and shop smart, by doing this, you could very well be flying high in the sky on your private or chartered jet. Have fun!
